We build the program around your actual equipment list and run hours rather than selling a fixed package. A typical agreement covers scheduled inspections, filter and belt service, coil cleaning, refrigerant and airflow checks, electrical and control testing, combustion and safety checks on heating equipment, and a written condition report after each visit.
Do you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes — we work on all makes, models, and brands. Taking over service for an existing system is common, and we'll give you an honest condition assessment of what's on the roof, including which units have real life left and which are on borrowed time.
Can you work outside of our business hours?
Yes, and for most retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients that's the default. We schedule installations and major service for nights, weekends, or phased by zone, and we tell you up front which portions of the scope genuinely require the system to be down.
How much does a commercial HVAC project cost?
There's no meaningful number without a site walk. Commercial pricing depends on tonnage, equipment selection, roof and structural conditions, ductwork and fabrication scope, gas and electrical work, permits, and access. We provide a written scope and price after the assessment, and you approve it before anything proceeds.
Do you fabricate your own ductwork?
We do. Our in-house sheet metal shop fabricates ductwork, fittings, and transitions to the dimensions of the job. It keeps custom pieces off an outside supplier's lead time and it's a meaningful advantage on retrofits, where nothing is ever quite standard.
Should we repair or replace an aging rooftop unit?
It comes down to age, refrigerant type, repair history, and what the unit is costing you to run. We'll lay out the repair path and the change-out path with the real trade-offs — including what a failure mid-season would mean for your operation — and let you make the call against your capital plan.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Commercial mechanical work requires municipal permits and inspections, and often gas and electrical permits alongside. We pull them, coordinate the inspections, and provide the documentation for your building file.
