IMPORTANT NOTICE: UPDATE CONCERNING COVID-19

Hello everyone,

I’m sure you’re being inundated with news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) but we wanted to take a minute to let you know we are still here to help you with any heating, cooling, or indoor air quality problems. We have been deemed an “essential” service and during this safer at home order we will remain open although many of our employees will be working remotely as a precautionary measure for their safety and yours.

We have been closely monitoring the complex and rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and would like to extend a special thank you to the local, state and federal agencies, as well as health officials who work diligently to contain the virus. We are following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are making consistent, fact-based decisions about our activities and our operations.

It is imperative that we begin to implement additional precautions for the safety of our community, staff, and clients. In order to do this, we are requesting your assistance:

1). If you are sick or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please cancel your appointment.

2). If you need to reschedule your appointment or have questions about maintenance, installations, estimates, etc. please call Theresa or Stephanie on their cell phones, as our office staff is working remotely during this time. Everyone is also available by e-mail.

3). Please avoid physical contact with our technicians and consultants during the time of the appointment. We will greet you with a warm smile, but not a handshake at this time.

4). Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds prior to our arrival for our scheduled appointment. With your permission, please instruct our technician and/or consultants to do so as well as they cannot do so without your permission as it is your home. If they are not allowed to wash their hands, they will utilize the limited supply of hand-sanitizer provided to them.

5). If our technicians or consultants are sick, they will be asked to stay home and get well, therefore we will ask for your patience and understanding with regards to scheduling.

6). Finally, WE ARE OPEN and WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! Please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

We thank you in advance for your patience during this most challenging and unprecedented time.

Be safe.

Be well.

Be diligent.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance! We will get through this together!
